Quality Policy

Our manufacturing facilities meet all the necessary quality compliances. We procure the highest quality raw materials and maintain stringent quality control throughout our manufacturing facilities. We incorporate stringent quality procedures to check all of our products before as well as after manufacturing.

Pre manufacturing Tests: We perform pre manufacturing tests on copper: annealing test, resistance test and physical test for checking dimensions. For PVC compound we take a sample to test about color, shore-hardness and other chemical effects.

Process Stage Test: We further check the diameter, resistance and perform the annealing test. After some visual checking to find out other damages to the conductor, we put the product forward for manufacturing.

Extrusion Process Test: We apply the spark tester in line with the extruder by machine to apply required A.C. volts with proper sensitivity as per BIS requirement. We check the minimum insulation thickness and the overall diameter of cables at this stage.

Finishing Process Test: All tests are done as per the 694 (90) and IS: 10200. We perform two types of tests - type test (done on random basis) and routine test (for cable with every coil). We also test the physical properties of PVC compound and conductor at this stage.

Marking and Packaging: We put the stamp of ISI mark on our products after getting positive results from our tests. We also put BIS to mark ISI of IS 694(90) on our products. The copy of CM/I is attached on the packing label. We provide full description of cable with Serial Nos. & Mfd. Year and then we pack the cable in coil form or wooden drum to protect it from damages in transit.

The Board of Directors (the “Board”) and the senior management (“core management team including all functional heads”) of Jupiter Telelinks Cables Limited (the “Company”) do affirm and subscribe to the following Code of Conduct adopted by the Board. Whilst it is not possible to provide a comprehensive guidance in such matters nevertheless the guiding principle is that any conflict or potential conflict must be disclosed to higher management for guidance and appropriate action.
