Multicore Cables

Conductor: These are annealed and have high conductivity. Also these have Electrolytic Grade bare flexible Conductors conforming to IS: 8130:1984, Class-V.

Insulation: These are specially formulated, hi-graded PVC Compound capable of withstanding conductor temperature up to 700 degree C. The insulation provides resistance to moisture, oils, alkalis and grease. It also has good dielectric properties, higher insulation resistance and permanent colors.

Color of insulation: The cores are identified with a color scheme as per IS:1554(Pt-I):1988 as under 2 Cores - Red & Black, 3 Cores - Red, Black & Green, 4 Cores - Red, Yellow, Blue & Green and 5 Cores - Red, Yellow, Blue, Black & Grey.

Sheath:The PVC covering over the laid up cores is provided as per IS: 694:1990 ST1 type which comply to IS: 5831:1984. It is suitable for 70 degrees temperature operation. The outer sheath is applied with soft flexible PVC sheathing compound for facilitating easy stripping and imparting toughness to withstand mechanical abrasion. Generally the color of sheath is black but any color can be provided on specific requirement.

Flexible Multicore Cables

We offer and provide Flexible Multicore Cables that are used for wiring in control panels, machines, various electrical installations, in dry and damp interiors and especially under typical industrial environmental conditions. These provide low conductor resistance.
